As an Account Manager you will use the Kforce process of recruitment and work closely with an Account Executive to ensure that current and future job orders are filled by talented and qualified candidates. You might perform some Candidate Discovery yourself, or work with the National Recruiting Center to find the Right Match. Your primary role will be to take control of new accounts secured by the Account Executive and implement Relationship Management techniques to help you learn their business, discover their needs and provide them with exceptional service.
