NRC Candidate Qualification Specialist Job Description

A Kforce NRC Candidate Qualification Specialist is an exhilarating career offering healthy competition with colleagues and excellent incentive programs for top performers. As an NRC Candidate Qualification Specialist you will use the Kforce process of recruitment to perform efficient Candidate Discovery and Talent Assessment in our National Recruiting Center located in Tampa Bay, Florida. The NRC is a “long-lines” recruiting environment partnering with field offices in order to provide nationwide staffing support to our clients.

NRC Candidate Qualification Specialists work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to deliver qualified candidates to Account Managers and Account Executives in one of our Kforce field offices, or directly to the client. Your primary role will be to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by placing qualified job seekers with our local and national clients.
