Description:  A KForce client in the northern RI area is seeking an experienced customer service associate to join their team on a long-term basis. This individual will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to the organization's live chat division which will correspond to both domestic and international customers. In addition, he/she will be tracking conversations and following up with customers in order to resolve inquiries.
Requirements:  The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 3 SOLID years of customer service experience in a call center.
