Description: Our client in DC is looking for a high level consultant to assist with their PeopleSoft implementation. This person will be assisting on the Procurement side. This is an 18-24 month project.
Details:
- Client is going through upgrade in PeopleSoft.
- This person will be essentially representing the procurement department during the implementation to ensure the product is configured to their requirements.
- Consultant will be the business lead or SME for procurement during the implementation.
- This is essentially a business and functional position.
- Will be dealing with such modules as: Purchasing, Supplier Connections, Contracts, etc.

Requirements: The minimum requirements to qualify for this position are as follows:
- PeopleSoft is strongly preferred BUT client is open to someone with a large ERP i.e. Oracle or SAP.
- Absolutely MUST have the Procure to Pay experience and knowledge. They need someone who knows the business and business processes and who knows how to run this type of operation.
- Must have strong communication skills both verbally and written.
- Absolutely MUST have a large ERP background.
