| Description: The Senior QM Test Engineer will be responsible for system test planning and execution for an existing Web Base Personal Lines Property and Casualty Claims application with mainframe back end in an integrated environment. The Senior QM Test Engineer will work closely with Developers, Business Analysts, Project Coordinators, and Production Support to assure a high level of quality in business systems through active project participation for test planning, test execution and problem resolution in a fast paced environment.

Requirements: Specific Requirements (items are required unless noted otherwise):
- Minimum of 4 years experience in writing test plans, estimating work, creating and executing test cases, creating or manipulating test data, and properly documenting defects
- Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiating skills; actively participate in requirements reviews and provide feedback
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills on a technical and non-technical level; ability to mentor other testers
- Hands on knowledge of SQL, HP Quality Center and Mainframe (TSO, JCL, CICS, VSAM, FileAid, DB2) are preferred
- Property and casualty insurance background, preferably in claims processing, is preferred
