Description: Responsibilities for the Business Analyst include:
- Participates with other managers to establish change, implement strategic plans and objectives.
- May direct managers and key supplier with process responsibility for shared services or matrixed organizations.
- Makes final decisions on administrative or operational matters and ensures operations' effective achievement of objectives.
- Accountable for all Audit requirements in the Physical Data Center and Physical security environments.
- Responsible for the introduction and oversight of company policies as well as insuring the Supplier implements and follows all internal as well as Federal and State mandated standards, policies and procedures for the Data center.
- Ensures the Interface with the supplier to plan, manage, coordinate and schedule facility requests and other site(s) specific requirements as needed
- Tracking of all associated Minor Work Orders for signaling cable
- Establishes and ensures budgets and schedules meet company requirements.
- Manages financial aspects of the organizational area; accountable for direct budget.
- May provide financial projections for strategic plans or forecast for future years.
- Responsible for budget and general stewardship of the site(s)
- Budget control, management and variance report generation
- Ensures plans in place to accomplish area goals, results tracked and resources appropriately allocated across area of responsibility.
- Responsible to manage, authorize, decline and delete physical security access to the site(s) under their management
- management of Security Staff
- Access control management/authorization for site/campus
- Oversight of contracted Security Operations
- Interface with Regional Security in performing security oversight and direction
- management of access cards, budgeting, etc.
- Office Space management
- Asset Center management
- management and coordination of BERST/BERT
- Training of floor wardens

Requirements: The candidate qualifying for this role will possess the following required skills:
- College degree in related technical / business areas or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years in IT or DC project management
- Excellent communications skills, verbal and written
- Excellent consultative skills - working collaboratively with SUPPLIER toward a mutual goal.
- Ability to be decisive; makes decisions based on technical and business assessment
