Description: Assuming this role, the selected candidate will perform the following functions:
- Identifies new areas of risk within technology area
- Establishes the framework for the protection of information assets through security architecture, policies, standards, risk assessments, monitoring, certification and technology
- Develops, designs and monitors corporate-wide programs and awareness
- Acts as liaison between Lines of Business regarding information security issues and planning
- Drives consistency among technology groups and adheres to firm standards

Requirements: The minimum requirements to qualify for this position are as follows:
- 4 to 6 years of recent Unix Engineer experience
- 4 to 6 years of recent Windows Engineer experience
- Familiarity with Database Platforms security
- Good knowledge of technology controls and security best practices
- Knowledge of Self Assessment process
- Big plus: ASP.NET/SQL Development
