Description: The Enterprise Solutions Design Team focuses on the design of technical architecture within our client's IT organization, aligned against internal business verticals. The Sr. Solutions Architect acts as the highest-level technology expert on a project team to address systems, software, integration & compatibility issues, and works with subject matter experts in other IT areas to arrive at an optimal design. He/she reviews functional and technical requirements then works with project teams to create a Conceptual Design & High Level Design/Architectural Framework for solutions to support business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Design and apply best-of-breed, enterprise system, application and ESB solutions to meet business objectives on large-scale technology projects; evaluating impacts on integration, reliability, performance, scalability, flexibility and maintainability
- Work closely with multiple stakeholders to define, select and architect products and services that require significant cross component coordination
- Lead domain analysis and the creation of an executable architecture with design artifacts; conceptual and high level design, and use-case model and actor identification
- Define and drive enterprise technology decisions and architecture standards; working with other architects within the group, the rest of the company and external organizations
- Report to, and consult with, executive IT management on project status and strategies
- Develop and present design artifacts and prototypes to audiences of all levels and disciplines
- Establish and defend the credibility of scope definition, project schedule, priorities, risks, and overall deployment
- Look at the problem, decompose it, design it, and most importantly own it!

Requirements: We are looking for a Solution Architect who has a voice and can handle working with the business owners. This person must have CRM experience (prefer Siebel), must be able to speak to the design and work independently.
Qualifications for Success:
- Bachelor's of Science Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Math, Physics or Physical Science from a Top Tier Program
- 8 years of directly-related experience in object-oriented analysis, development and architecture, including at least one full lifecycle delivery
