| Description: The Sr. Software Developer's role is to write, code, test, and analyze software programs and applications. This person will redesign an existing system from VB6 to VB.NET. This includes researching, designing, documenting, and modifying software specifications throughout the production life cycle. The Software Developer will also analyze and amend software errors in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide status reports where required. This role evaluates business application needs, recommends solutions, documents business requirements associated with application changes, and properly unit tests and assists with system testing for all new and revised applications.

Requirements: The skills, experience, and knowledge required to be considered for this position include:
Experience designing and developing in a multiple tier (n-tier) environment
- Experience redesigning Systems from VB6 to VB.net (3.5 .NET platform)
- Experience with the following technologies; SQL, VB.NET, ASP.NET, HTML, XHTML 1.0 Transitional and JavaScript are desired
- Bachelor degree in the field of computer science, information science, management information Systems, or business administration or equivalent experience
- 3-10 years of software development experience is highly desired especially in VB.NET
