Description: We are searching for a Storage Operations Admin for fulltime work in Westlake, Texas. You will primarily focus on supporting a regional multi-site heterogeneous SAN storage solutions, storage provisioning, service delivery, and cost management.
Your responsibilities include:
- Refine the current storage provisioning process.
- Act as a liaison between server provisioning and storage operations.
- Track, schedule and perform storage requests, liaison to the Database and Application teams.
- Trending and financial analysis on storage and storage related costs.
- Perform capacity and performance planning.
- Analyze and recommend improvements in process and areas of costs savings.

Requirements: Specific Qualifications (items are required unless noted otherwise):
- 5+ years experience working with EMC storage arrays and software solutions.
- 3-4+ years experience working with Netapp storage arrays and software solutions.
- 2-3+ years experience working with Cisco MDS FC SAN solutions.
- 2-3+ years experience with EMC and Netapp Data Replication Solutions.
- Experience working with SAN/NAS and storage provisioning and data migrations.
- Experience handling business/financial analysis in a technology related field.
- Strong problem solving, time management and organizational skills.
- Results-oriented with the ability to be independent, motivated, and proactive.
- Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and product/project management skills required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
