| Description: This position will be responsible for designing, modifying, developing, writing and implementing software programming applications. This position will participate in the creation of technical requirements and component specifications. Participation in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software is also required. This position relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. This position will be performing a variety of complicated tasks and may lead and direct the work of others.

Requirements: The minimum requirements to qualify for this position are as follows:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years experience developing software in a Microsoft Windows environment
- Familiar with information, data and terms relating to the mortgage industry
- Knowledge of tools, technologies and methodologies required for designing, building, testing, releasing, and supporting data related products
- C / C++
- Perl or Python (preferred)
