| Description: Our client is looking for Lead ASP.NET Web Developer - C# to join a small team to develop and maintain Enterprise Web applications built on ASP.NET using C#, VB, and a SQL Server Database.
This leadership role includes mentoring other team members, working closely with senior developers and participating in future architectural design. The Developer will also be working close with operations and upper management.

Requirements: Sr. .NET Development Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience developing Internet facing Web applications
- Prefer experience building Web applications hosted on a Web farm using ASP.NET caching and cross-server session management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the following areas: ASP.NET using C#, VB, and SQL Server 2000+
- Experience creating roll-your-own AJAX using JQuery (not just Microsoft's AJAX API) and designing .NET Web pages using C# and .NET user controls
- Prefer experience creating modern and usable 'Web 2.0' UIs using AJAX, CSS, and semantic HTML
- Experience modeling database schemas and implementation using highly-performing stored procedures, views, functions, etc. and using SQL Server
- Dedication and proven track record of delivering working, tested, and high-quality software on a schedule
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal skills
Desired Qualifications:
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science
- Real estate industry and/or software knowledge is a big plus
- MLS System and/or software knowledge is a big plus
- Contact Management / Lead Routing software knowledge
